1. Introduction

Welcome to Narra Residence (“the Development”), a residential apartment development located in Singapore. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of any facilities, common areas, services, websites, applications, or materials provided by or on behalf of the developer, management corporation, or appointed agents of Narra Residence (collectively, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using any part of Narra Residence’s services or facilities, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Use

Use of the facilities and services of Narra Residence is limited to:

• Residents

• Owners

• Tenants

• Authorised occupants

• Approved guests and visitors

All users must comply with applicable laws and regulations of Singapore, including rules set by the Management Corporation Strata Title (MCST).

3. Permitted Use

You agree to use the premises, facilities, and services:

• In a lawful, safe, and respectful manner

• Without causing nuisance, disturbance, or inconvenience to others

• In accordance with house rules, by-laws, and notices issued from time to time

4. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Use the premises for illegal, commercial, or unauthorised purposes

• Damage, misuse, or tamper with common property or facilities

• Engage in behaviour that endangers safety or security

• Violate any house rules, MCST by-laws, or government regulations

We reserve the right to restrict access or take appropriate action for any breach.

5. Facilities and Amenities

Access to facilities such as swimming pools, gyms, function rooms, and other shared amenities:

• Is subject to posted rules, operating hours, and capacity limits

• May require booking or prior approval

• May be suspended or restricted for maintenance, safety, or events

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to any facility.

6. Visitors and Guests

Residents are responsible for:

• The conduct of their guests and visitors

• Ensuring visitors comply with all applicable rules and security procedures

We reserve the right to deny entry to any person for security or safety reasons.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Use of the premises and facilities is at your own risk

• We shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, or theft unless required by law

• Personal belongings are brought onto the premises at your own responsibility

8. Privacy and Data

Any personal data collected will be handled in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and our internal privacy policies.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will take effect upon posting or notification. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
